The Information We Need and How We Use It

When you order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is also required so that we may contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Credit Card Security

Credit Card details are only required during a purchase from our website. The details are collected on Authipay’s secure site and only used for processing by Authipay. We do not see or store your credit card details on our website. We use Authipay to verify your credit card billing information, in order to ensure that the user is the person identified on the credit card and to insure against fraud.

Confidentiality

Access to customer account information is limited to those Activate Waterford employees who need it. We use login and password controls on our order system.
