You can now pick up your FREE loyalty card, which rewards customers with a 7.5% credit on their purchases that include:

  • Soft Play
  • Bowling
  • Café @ Activate
  • Climbing
  • Nerf
  • Roller

Once customers have collected €15.00 worth of credit, they can begin to redeem this against any of the many activities at Activate. (Excludes Café)

We are  very proud of Activate and our customers that continue to visit us year after year are a massive part of our business. Because of the customer support we receive, Activate has decided to reward our loyal customers with this very rewarding loyalty card. Terms & Conditions

Credit is awarded to all customers who present an ACTIVATE Loyalty card at the point of purchase. Points are awarded as follows:

  • 7.5% of your total purchase is turned into credit i.e. when you spend €10.00, ACTIVATE loyalty card members will receive €0.75 in credit.
  • The above does not apply to Parties or Groups

Credit is calculated on the value of goods and/or activities purchased after all special offers and discounts have been taken into account.

From time to time ACTIVATE may award bonus credit on selected items. While we will of course do our best to let you know in advance of these offers, we reserve the right to add and remove credit without prior notification.

Credit can only be earned in ACTIVATE when you produce your Loyalty Card. Where you are not in possession of your Loyalty Card, you may retain your receipt and present it along with your card in ACTIVATE within 30 days of the original transaction. Under no circumstances will points be retrospectively added without proof of purchase by way of a valid receipt.

ACTIVATE Credit (Spending)

Credit cannot be exchanged for cash. The credit can be redeemed against the following at ACTIVATE:

  • Soft Play
  • Bowling
  • Climbing & Bouldering
  • Mini Golf
  • Roller Skating
  • Nerf Wars
  • Cinema
Credit cannot be used against the following at ACTIVATE:
  • Parties/Groups
  • Purchase of Vouchers
  • Café purchases which include hot drinks & all food

Should the activities required be less than the value on the card then credit will be deducted to the corresponding value of the activity and the balance will be left on the card in the form of Activate credit. Change in the form of cash or otherwise will not be given under any circumstances.

Replacement cards

Please be aware that ACTIVATE cannot be held responsible for the loss of credit on any Loyalty Card. Please treat your card as though it were cash. Replacement Loyalty Cards can be picked up from Activate Waterford. Any credit on your previous card will be transferred to your new card provided . Termination of Account

Where a card is not used for 12 consecutive months it will be deemed as expired by ACTIVATE. All details on the account will be suspended and the credit balance set to null. Where this occurs, customers will need to reapply for a new account and the credit cannot be transferred. To avoid this happening, simply use your card at least once within a 12 month period to earn or redeem credit.

ACTIVATE reserve the right to terminate any account that they believe is being misused with or without prior notification.

Modification and Termination of the Programme

ACTIVATE may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the programme – including, but not limited to, the methods through which credit can be earned, how credit can be used, the value of credit earned, and the conditions under which credit may be forfeited – at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect a customer’s ability to use his/her credit that he/she has already earned.

The programme has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as ACTIVATE decides to terminate the programme. ACTIVATE may terminate the programme at any time, with notice via email to the Customer’s email address currently on file with ACTIVATE. Should the customers e-mail address not be available notification will be posted on  Any credit that are remaining in a customer’s account at time of termination will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

A customer’s continued participation in the programme constitutes the customer’s acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Customers are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that ACTIVATE may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on this Website and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
