Terms and Conditions
- The total price you pay will be based on the number of children attending the party plus any products you purchase subject to a minimum number of 8 children.
- Refunds can only be given on events canceled 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days you can re book for another time or receive vouchers to the value of the deposit.
- The balance for the party is payable on the day with Cash, Credit Card or Debit.
- Parents/Guardians must maintain supervision of their children at all times and ensure their children understand and abide by the rules of play.
- No shoes are permitted in the play structure and socks must be worn at all times
- Children must always follow the instructions of Activate Waterford staff in the play structure.
- For the safety and enjoyment of all children, age and time restrictions apply and are enforced.
- Please ensure that the following items are not brought into the play area.
- Food including sweets and chewing gum
- Drinks
- Pens
- Jewellery
- Watches
- Money
- Sharp objects.
- Cleanup charge of €30 will apply if food fights or any such actions occur.
- Inform a staff member immediately if an accident occurs.
- Activate Waterford does not accept responsibility for any injury sustained on the premises.
- Activate Waterford does not accept responsibility for any lost items.
- For the safety of all children, disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.
