Terms and Conditions

The total price you pay will be based on the number of children attending the party plus any products you purchase subject to a minimum number of 8 children.
Refunds can only be given on events canceled 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days you can re book for another time or receive vouchers to the value of the deposit.
The balance for the party is payable on the day with Cash, Credit Card or Debit.
Parents/Guardians must maintain supervision of their children at all times and ensure their children understand and abide by the rules of play.
No shoes are permitted in the play structure and socks must be worn at all times
Children must always follow the instructions of Activate Waterford staff in the play structure.
For the safety and enjoyment of all children, age and time restrictions apply and are enforced.
Please ensure that the following items are not brought into the play area.
- Food including sweets and chewing gum
- Drinks
- Pens
- Jewellery
- Watches
- Money
- Sharp objects.
Cleanup charge of €30 will apply if food fights or any such actions occur.
Inform a staff member immediately if an accident occurs.
Activate Waterford does not accept responsibility for any injury sustained on the premises.
Activate Waterford does not accept responsibility for any lost items.
For the safety of all children, disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.
